Regardless your reason, Root Camp is back.
Starting September 25th, we will embark on a 7-day, self-paced online course focusing on mindful eating, conscious cooking, home yoga practices & embodying the yogic lifestyle.

Start tracking how your meals make you feel, what/when/why you're eating, and don't worry so much on amounts or calories. The first step is to notice and being mindful, then you can start to make different decisions.
At the end of the month, we will start exploring recipes, meditations, and more.
Now over to you. DId you find this helpful, share it with a friend.
