Step 6: Good Night Container

Here we are at the end of your day and it's time to close the container on this day.  Perhaps there were more moments of awe where the universe seemed to be reaffirming or answering your intentions set to have a more sacred daily experience. Or perhaps your day was mostly shit, either way tomorrow is another opportunity to WAKE UP.  2-hours before bed, stop using electronics that stimulate your eyes so tv, computers, limit your phone time.  We will go into that another time, but for now, just do it.  Also, I suggest to stop eating 2-hours before bed so you'r digestion can do it's work without disturbing your sleep.  If you take liver support, like Hepasil or milk thistle, do it right before bed, again we will go into this in more detail later.

To seal this day and have a more restful sleep, close your evening meditation or prayer with 10 Gratitutes.
Now with these 10 things/people/places/opportunities your grateful for you also need to add your why. Adding why you are grateful for somethings lets the gratitude embed deeper into your heart or your psyche. It also helps keep your "gratitudes" fresh.  For example, even though I am always grateful for my dog, the reasons change from day to day.  Or even though I am always grateful for my family sometimes the why is a little different.  Sorry, family, I always am grateful for Bruce Dog first.
If you are still feeling "uncontained" make sure you call your spirit back to you and ask St. Michael to cut any energetic ties that may be draining your energy. It's a sweet practice to try as you lay down for sleep.
With that, I bid you a good night and look forward to hearing how your Sacred Day experiences are going.
Love & Light.
