For 15 years, I've been studying and testing a variety of different healing modalities exploring fitness and nutrition, yoga, yoga therapy, Traditional Chinese Medicine, Ayurveda, as well as a variety of sacred healing techniques. I've translated and sometimes fine-tuned what I've learn, and am here to give you practical, tangible, beneficial guidance. We all have moments in our lives when we are ready to make a shift, to take our lives to the next level. Maybe you've been going through the motions and your ready to take control of the direction your life is heading. It all comes down to our health; physical, mental & emotional. We effect all three by what we put into our body and what we expose to our system.
