Now it's time to get serious. Let's continue with some ayurvedic practices. First, body brushing, Body Brushing is so good for you. I use the Mio Dry Body Brush. It has these extra nodules that help break up surface level cellulite. Here's a video about how to use it and all it's benefits:
Do your body brushing followed by Abhyanga style self massage. I've included another how-to video because it's so much easier to watch. I use Banyan Botanical Oils or I use coconut oil. For sure stand on a towel so any oil that drips gets on the towel. Also, have a designated Abhyanga Towel because oil is difficult to get out of towels.
While you are massaging and caring for your physical body, charge it up with thoughts of love and recognition for all the amazing things your body does.
Also, Ladies a special tip: breast massage is crucial to your health. I met an amazing local woman who makes an amazing Ayurvedic Breast Oil. Here is her story: http://www.pomegranatebreastoil.com/about/
You can get it with or without essential oils and every bottle comes with an instructional booklet of how-to perform self-massage of the ladies. Its also available at Victory Pharmacy in Ausitn, Texas.
After all this, maybe even neti pot if you need, shower and get dressed in clothes you feel comfortable to sit for meditation or move for some yoga. Next, we align.
